Installation by other people trained in installation $500.00 or we will advise you on how we install.
Electrial:
First: The hydrogen system runs on approximately 20-30 amps of 12 volt power, an analysis of your alternators avaiable power needs to be performed. Many audio and electrical automotive shops can perform this.
Following the verification and upgrade of your electrical system, a 12 volt supply to the hydrogen system must be established.
We have generally tapped directly off the main battery supply on the positive terminal. Use 6 gauge wiring and couplers, obtainable from most hardware stores. ( Home Depot or Lowe's)
1: The first component off the positive treminal should be your 50 amp self resetting breaker.
2: Secondly, the amp meter should be installed in line.
3: Thirdly, the continuous duty solenoid should be installed.
4: Fourth, attach the positive electrode (s), to the hydrogen cell ('s).
5: Fifth, attach the ground wiring and route it to the appropriate ground to the frame.
Mechanical:
Take a measurment of the Hydrogen cell, locate an appropriate area, (open Space) lower than your bubbler water supply tank.
Your water tank needs to be higher than your hydrogen cell.
Mount your tank and mount your cell to take advantage of the natural gravitational flow of water to keep your hydrogen cell full of water.
Route the supply piping to the water inlet at the bottom of your cell.
Route the gas piping from the top of your cell to the gas return on the bubbler water supply tank.
On top of the water supply tank, route a single line to the intake plenum, this sholud be located after the intake filter and as close to the injection butterfly as possible.
The above installation should complete your supply of water/gas to your motor a drain valve installed on a low point of your system should be installed for maintence and adjustments of wtaer chemistry.
Fuel Injection:
A map/maf sensor controller should be installed or an appropriate engine managment control system to reduce your fuel supply from the factory settings.
Chemistry:
Many products can be used to increase the electrolyte of the distilled water for your hydrogen system. On initial start up of your system fill your supply/bubbler tank with distilled water. Select an electrolyte additive:We use sodium carbonate, ( Lowe's or Home Deopt for around 10 bucks) in the swimming pool supply chemical section labeled as pH up.
Start by adding 3 table spoons and adjust by adding or diluting the tank solution until you obtain approximately 20 amps of current flow of flow of your amp meter.
It's pretty simple, the more amps the more gas, however get much over 30 amps and stuff starts melting, so try too keep it around 20 amps.
